Fort Sunsets is truly the ultimate social distancing spot for peace, privacy, and relaxation, with everything that you and your family could want or need to ensure a low-key but memorable vacation. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a spacious rec room fully stocked with a broad selection of board games, movies, electric dart board and Xbox, our home comfortably sleeps ten people and provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still enjoying quality family time together. You’ll appreciate our open concept great room, featuring a huge TV and spectacular water views, where a fully outfitted kitchen is perfect for preparing both simple as well as gourmet family meals.

However, none of that compares to what you’ll find outside, beginning with that first cup of coffee on the back porch lounge chaise. Spend your days fishing for crappie in one of the cleanest lakes in Tennessee, or exploring the coves in kayaks provided on-site. For the more adventurous, we have two stand-up-paddle boards that quite often double as personal sunning platforms. Our large floating dock is ideal for bringing your own boat or jet skis, and the kids will love jumping into the clean, clear water to cool down from the summer heat. End your day relaxing in the lakeside hot tub with a cold drink or chatting with family and friends by the sunken built-in firepit. Whether you choose the paved waterside patio, or the huge screened in porch overlooking it all, the most spectacular sunsets you’ve ever see will absolutely set the mood for a magical evening.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of historic Dandridge, TN, Fort Sunsets is within a short drive to all the fun of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Also not too far away you’ll find a wide selection of activities that cater to everyone, including white water rafting, hiking, zip lining, shopping, horseback riding, antiquing, go carting, arcades, fishing, tubing, water skiing, snow skiing, and still more!
