We are incredibly lucky to be located so conveniently near some of the most fun, most versatile, and most abundant attractions in all the Southeast of the United states. Perhaps only Orlando could compete with our little area of Tennessee; but even Mickey and Spiderman are a distant second when compared to the simplicity, tranquility, and contentment that so subtly steals over you like the misty smoke for which these mountains are named, whether out on the porch with your morning coffee or high up on Clingmans Dome with a picnic lunch. Whether you’re looking to reconnect with our Earth and explore trails and waterfalls in quiet solitude, or you’re all about getting in as much excitement as possible during your time with us, or perhaps want nothing more than to sleep in, dip your line, and play Uno with the family, we’ve got you covered!

Offering cute coffee spots, historic buildings, and local crafts, our quaint little town of Dandridge is a gem to explore. Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Ashville are all just a short drive away and offer a plethora of options for anything you may be in the mood for, from unique shopping, historical landmarks, water parks, dinner shows, and arcades, to zip lines, river tubing and our signature mountain coasters. And of course, Dollywood! In between, you’ll find stunning landscapes, serene hiking spots, crystal clear brooks and streams, hidden waterfalls, and wildlife galore. Of course, let us not forget the Great Smoky Mountains National Park that’s practically just outside the door! Hike the Appalachian Trail or tour the Blue Ridge Parkway, see the Synchronous Firefly Event, or take an ecotour,  there is simply no end to the options.
